Universal system for wireless audio/video signal transmission in the 5.6 GHz band
The CDS-6IP/SMA system, similarly to the CDS-6IP eco device, has a built-in antenna, but there is also the option to connect additional external antennas. This solution allows you to adjust the range to the needs of the installation (omnidirectional or directional range over a greater distance). The option of using the internal antenna interchangeably or connecting an external antenna makes the module universal and there is no need to change the device in case of modification or extension of the installation.
CDS-6IP/SMA is a universal system for wireless audio/video signal transmission in the 5.6 GHz band with a power of 500 mW (27 dBi EIRP). It sends signal from high resolution IP cameras (16 Mpix, 4K and UHD). System configuration is very simple, so it is recommended even for less experienced users.
The CDS-6IP series is not a computer device for internet transmission but a transmitter for continuous and uninterrupted transmission of powerful high-resolution images. In CCTV, an important parameter is low transmission delay and a guarantee of operation with every IP camera and in all conditions – this is ensured by the CDS-6IP series of devices.
All you need to do is set the IP address and work channel to get the system started.
Implemented pop-up information icons, HELP hints, test setting modes, a team of radio specialists and 24-hour CAMSAT technical support – all that guarantees easy launch of any wireless system.
iCAMSAT-OS without frame loss
The implemented special audio / video protocols ensure transmission of all picture frames up to 16Mpix with a slight transmission delay.
In addition to the simultaneous transmission of many images and sounds, it also allows PTZ cameras control and data transmission between recorders and cameras identically as in a wired installation.
2 LAN ports for 2 IP cameras
Two LAN ports allow to connect two IP cameras directly to the system, without additional switch.
Transmission 16 IP videos via one wireless set
One wireless set with a network switch, e.g. “X-CAM switch PoE”, allows you to send images from 16 IP cameras to the recorder.
Plug & Play
A specially adapted WWW user panel in Polish and English allows remote configuration with any computer or telephone.
Additional port for external antenna
In addition to the built-in internal antenna, the device has an RP-SMA connector that allows the installation of an external antenna.
