The number of panels you have connected doesn't matter, only the total power they can produce. 1350W from panels provides a significant amount of energy, which is especially needed during the autumn and winter months. The latest PRO 2023 controller will manage and shut down unnecessary modules at the appropriate time to ensure the tower operates 24/7 throughout the year.

LARGE FUEL TANK 50L or 100L

Thanks to the large fuel tank, the generator in the mobile tower ensures reliable operation throughout the winter season, even in challenging conditions. A single full refueling is enough for the tower to operate continuously, supported by solar panels that recharge the batteries. This configuration guarantees continuous monitoring and protection, eliminating the need for frequent refueling and providing full autonomy during the winter season.

AUTOMATIC START WITH REMOTE NOTIFICATION

The genset will start automatically when the battery level drops below 20%, quickly recharging them to around 80%. Each genset activation will be reported to the user. Additionally, the genset can be remotely started via a mobile app or through a website. During long idle periods, the genset will conduct self-test cycles to ensure full readiness for operation during the winter season.

Our genset, equipped with advanced microprocessor-based control and management, independently performs test and diagnostic modes. This ensures it is always ready for operation and reliable, even in extreme temperatures down to -30°C.

The foldable design is protected by a special aluminum plate, which safeguards the glass panels from damage caused by stones kicked up by vehicle wheels during transport

DOUBLE EDGE PROTECTION

A 70-millimeter crumple zone around each panel effectively protects against damage from collisions, such as with construction vehicles, providing additional protection and durability.

The most important parameters of the tower and its power supply are displayed directly on the image screen of one of the cameras in the form of text overlays and are recorded.

iCAM-OSD is a breakthrough feature by CAMSAT for mobile towers with gensets, offering remote monitoring of batteries and key tower power parameters. This technology allows operators to view the tower’s status directly on the screens of two IP cameras, without needing to log into any web services. Displayed data includes battery charge level, installation voltage, power source status (230V/Genset/Solar), and current power consumption. Additional information such as tower movement, tilt, door status, and GSM/LTE signal strength is also shown and recorded for later analysis.

Five cameras, including a PTZ camera with a range of 200m. All images are managed by artificial intelligence, which detects the shape of a human and the shape of a vehicle. Motion detection in the monitored area is always confirmed with information whether it is a human, vehicle, animals, or other detections. If you have your own cameras, we will use what you propose or provide in the tower.

Mobile controller in CAMSAT towers

Have you ever calculated how much annual service trips or unplanned tower transport cost? All CAMSAT towers are equipped with a mobile controller containing nearly 100% of the electronics. In case of damage, you send only the box to the service by courier or replace it with another tower in a few minutes. This can be done by anyone, even without technical knowledge. All cables are terminated with industrial connectors, appropriately numbered, and physically coded to prevent mistakes.

SafeStar, Kronos, Dahua, Hikvision... 100% compatibility

CAMSAT towers are fully compatible with the most popular Alarm Monitoring Stations in Europe. Communication protocols such as SIA-IP, Satel, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, and Axis ensure complete compatibility with any security company software. In addition to receiving alerts from the built-in alarm system, you can also read information from the NVR input ports. These ports can be connected to devices like PIR sensors and door contacts, which will be displayed in your company’s Alarm Center.

Green LED lighting 2x 110W

Optionally, mobile towers can be equipped with green LED illuminators. The appropriate wavelength of green light and the high power of 2x 110W effectively and pleasantly illuminate the area around the tower. The tower can be equipped with green illuminators with the following power options: 110W, 200W, 240W, and 300W.

3D Tower Position Detection

In addition to the alarm system, the tower is secured with a specially designed 3D position sensor. It monitors changes in position along three axes, so even a slight rotation of the tower triggers the alarm and sends a notification to the alarm center. Additionally, the tower is equipped with GPS, a shock sensor, and 4 PIR sensors that secure the tower in the approach zone within a 12-meter radius.

Police-type blue strobe light

Deter intruders instead of going to court and proving guilt. The blue strobe light activates automatically when someone approaches the tower or detects a break-in or sabotage. The intense “Police-like” light draws much more attention than a car alarm, making it highly effective in preventing incidents.

Additionally, original software allows convenient and effective tower management and integration with any Alarm Monitoring Center.

NVR alarm inputs enable automatic notification to your software of events, such as door openings, PIR sensor detections, and other alarm signals.

Security Notification

Monitoring towers manufactured by CAMSAT are typically managed by Satel Integra alarm systems and Hikvision or Dahua cameras, ensuring 100% compatibility with any Security system. Analytics from IP cameras and all alarms are sent live to the Security Agency and processed in their Alarm Monitoring systems, such as Safestar or Kronos.
